Who Are You?

I’m Eden (no last name, I’m like a pop-star). Once on a flight from London to LA, a woman came up to me and said “Oh I know you! You’re from the internet!”. So, hi. It’s me. From the internet.

While some of you may know me from my online presence, I’m mainly a television and feature writer and have been working in “creative” jobs since I was fired from my only 9-5 office job when I was 21. I was a chef, a yoga teacher, a journalist, social media manager, and an unpaid therapist to way too many coworkers.

How Do You Know So Much About Money?

I don’t. But I probably know more than the average person in my field because of my crazy life story. I am one of the many, and have royally screwed my finances. But my mistakes don't have to be yours. Learn from my foolishness now to save yourself trouble later.

I lost both my parents by the time I was 24 and had to handle all the finances on my own. I was far from a trust fund baby when it all happened. That’s why I had a crash course in money management at a very a young age. I eventually got a financial advisor that I’ve worked with for 10+ years. Over that time, I learned how to navigate and invest my money while having unstable creative jobs. I started out knowing NOTHING and while I’m no expert now, I have some hands on experience and I’m always willing to learn and share my knowledge in comprehensible and funny ways.
