Do Writers Need an S-Corp?

S Corp? C Corp? Bueller? What does it all mean and is it worth the hassle?

On the first day on my first real TV writing job I was asked two very important questions:

1. What do you want for lunch?

2. Do you have a loan-out company or would you like to be paid as an individual?
